Hipobuy Listing Verification Checklist: Before You Order

A verification checklist should end in a decision, not a decorative badge. Work through the current listing and mark each field confirmed, unresolved or conflicting. The checklist verifies visible listing information; it does not certify the seller or guarantee the product.

Identify the product and source

Confirm the live product URL, seller or store reference, item type, images and model details where available. Compare more than the title. If the row shows a jacket but the selected page option is an accessory, the row has failed this check even if the page loads normally.

Check the exact purchase configuration

Choose color, size, version and quantity, then read the resulting price and domestic delivery charge. Save the applicable size chart, material claims and current return terms. Distinguish seller claims from measured facts. If a price range collapses after selecting an option, record the selected total rather than the lowest advertised number.

Close the check with evidence

Keep the checked date, selected variant, screenshot and unresolved questions together. Estimate shipping before paying, then compare warehouse QC with these saved details. Recheck any field that changes. A confirmed listing at one time is a dated observation, not a permanent promise of stock, price or quality.
