Match identity across several fields
Compare item type, model reference, visual shape, distinctive details and seller identity. Titles can change through translation, so exact wording is not enough. Conversely, the same title can describe different products. If the source reference or seller changes, record that change and repeat verification.
Match the selected option and price basis
Select the exact size, color, version and quantity shown in the row. Check whether the displayed amount is per item, per pair or part of a bundle and whether domestic delivery is extra. Compare measurements and included components. A row naming a full set must not silently link to the cheapest single component.
Resolve the mismatch before ordering
Capture both versions with the date and name the conflicting field. Update the row only from verified current information, keeping the old value in a change record. If equivalence remains uncertain, mark the row unresolved or offer a clearly labeled alternative. Continue to QC after purchase; a corrected row is not evidence about the received item.
