Hipobuy QC Photos: What to Check Before Shipping

QC photos help you decide whether the received item matches your order and whether more evidence is needed. Start with the order record, then inspect the whole item, details and measurements. A clear image can reveal a visible problem; it cannot certify authenticity, comfort or durability.

Match the order before judging appearance

Place the saved listing and warehouse photos side by side. Confirm quantity, color, size label, selected version and included accessories. A well-photographed item can still be the wrong variant. If a label or option is missing from the photo set, mark it unresolved rather than assuming it matches. Save the image that supports each important check.

Inspect the full item, then vulnerable areas

Use a straight-on view for shape and symmetry, then zoom into seams, hems, fasteners, soles and edges. Look for stains, tears, uneven panels, missing parts or transit damage. Distinguish an observation from its cause: a dark patch might be a shadow, so ask for another angle before calling it a stain. Lighting also limits color comparisons.

Check measurements with visible endpoints

Use the same method as the seller chart and your reference garment. A tape beginning at 2 cm and ending at 55 cm indicates 53 cm, not 55 cm. Reject a measurement as inconclusive if the tape bends or an endpoint is hidden. For shoes, specify insole or outsole length; they answer different questions. The size guide provides a worked chest-width comparison.

Ask for a photo that resolves one uncertainty

“Please lay the hoodie flat and photograph chest width from armpit seam to armpit seam, with the tape’s zero and endpoint visible” is more useful than “check the size.” For a suspected seam defect, identify the side and location and request a close-up plus a wider view. Check whether the service charges for extra photos and whether the seller’s return window remains open.

Make and record the decision

Use three outcomes: acceptable on the visible evidence, more evidence needed, or a documented mismatch to raise with support. Keep unresolved issues out of the parcel until you understand your options. Retain order details, QC images and any agreed resolution. Approval means you accepted the available evidence; it does not turn photos into a guarantee of product performance.
