1. Save the exact product and variant
Open the live seller listing and check the item, seller reference, color, size, quantity and domestic delivery. Save the source URL and selected option. Compare garment measurements with something that fits you. A thumbnail or spreadsheet row does not confirm stock, fit or the option that will be purchased. If a label is unclear, ask before placing the order.
2. Review the purchase and parcel budgets
Before confirming payment, review the item subtotal, domestic delivery, service charges and currency conversion shown in your account. Separately estimate international shipping using realistic packed weight and dimensions. Leave import costs and optional insurance visible in your worksheet. Do not spend the full budget on goods and discover the parcel cost only after they reach the warehouse.
3. Check warehouse QC before acceptance
Match the received item to the saved order. Review quantity, variant, visible defects and the measurements that matter to you. For missing evidence, request a specific photo with the measurement endpoints stated. Check the current seller return window and service fees before delaying or requesting a return. Photos cannot establish comfort, authenticity or long-term durability.
4. Pack, compare and confirm shipping
Choose packing only after QC issues are resolved. Compare one combined parcel with a sensible split if size or restrictions affect eligibility. Use final packed dimensions for line comparisons, and record included charges, tracking, delivery range and compensation terms. Confirm accurate declaration details and the address. Keep the final quote together with the parcel ID.
5. Retain evidence through delivery
Save order details, payment confirmation, QC images, parcel measurements and tracking events. On arrival, document visible package damage before discarding packaging. If an item is missing or damaged, compare it with the warehouse record and contact support within the applicable claim period. This record makes the problem specific; it does not guarantee reimbursement.
