How to Use a Hipobuy Spreadsheet: Find, Verify, Compare

A spreadsheet is a discovery index, not a seller endorsement. Use its categories and links to find candidates, then make the buying decision from the current listing, measurements and complete budget. Keep a small shortlist that you can actually verify.

Search for attributes you can compare

Start with product type, color and intended use, such as a grey zip hoodie. Open a few candidates rather than collecting dozens of similar rows. Record source URL, seller reference, selected option and date. Two rows reaching the same product page are not independent evidence of quality.

Verify the live listing and selected option

Compare images, title, specifications, size chart, available options and domestic delivery. A lowest advertised price may belong to an accessory or another variant. Recheck the total after selecting your exact item. If the link opens only a login page or generic category, mark it unresolved and use the link-check guide.

Compare the delivered plan, not only the item price

Estimate packed weight and volume before purchasing. Add shipping and other charges to each candidate’s budget and compare measurements with a reference item. Remove options that only work under an unrealistically low freight assumption. The ordering guide explains the next steps from purchase to QC and parcel submission.
